8am – Riders Meeting

  • 8:15am – Track Walk with PJ (Race lines + All track marks)

  • 9:30am - 12pm – Morning session

  • 12-1pm – Lunch Time

  • 1-5pm – Afternoon session

Program Details

This is a Private Event, meant for Intermediate/Advanced Riders willing to Start Racing with WERA. You are responsible for your own bike tech.

  • Open Track Format 9:30am-5pm. Lunch 12-1pm. You can ride at any time, as much as you want.

  • 30-40 minutes rounds, groups of 3 riders (similar bike size/lap times) will have dedicated coaching with PJ, multiple times during the day. This will allow ALL 10 riders to spend AT LEAST 2-3 hours fully dedicated learning with PJ Jacobsen, on and off track to maximize individual learning. Each rider will have time enough to ride, learn, watch, go back to track, put it in practice, do it again, again and again.

  • You focus on improving and riding with PJ, while Rafa records your training on track, from all angles. Classroom video analysis will be available right after Morning session.

  • PIRELLI Tire Service will be available at a special pricing!!

How to be a predictable and safe racer

  • Optimal Race lines x Fastest Lines (off track video analysis in the classroom in between sessions)

  • Passing lines x defensive lines (in classrooms)

  • Student lines (on track video recording)

  • Student lines x Race lines x Fast lines (in class video analysis review)

  • Tip in points; Brake marks, shifting and body positioning

  • Front braking x Engine braking x Rear braking

  • Race Start practicing 1 (off track theory session highlighting the difference between different Starts - Flags x Lights)

  • Race Start practicing 2 (on track session)

  • Safe passing (on track training)

  • Being passed (on track training)

  • What to do when Mechanical issues arise during race (Basic level - such brake fading, no shifter, no foot pegs, false neutrals...)

Test of Multiple Choices (10 questions about safety procedures, flags and calls)
